What
Churches implementing the principles behind Natural Church Development experience an increase in quality and growth as a natural consequence. when working with a coach, a church has almost 100% better chances of staying the course and experiencing "all-by-itself" growth.
Following on the very popular Coaching I and II workshops, which focused on coaching individuals and teams in general, this workshop will focus entirely on how to coach a church through the NCD process.
The workshop will be a mixture of up front teaching and many practical exercises where all the participants will have ample opportunities to practice what is being taught.
A "live" coaching master-class with a church team is also being planned.
Who
This workshop is relevant to for all who are or would like to be involved in coaching churches through an NCD process and for church leaders who are part of such a process in their local church.
Prior participation in Coaching I and II will be beneficial, but it is not a requirement.
It is assumed that all participants will come with a working knowledge of the basics of NCD, as this will not be covered in the workshop. This can be obtained by reading Color Your World with Natural Church Development before the workshop. When
Wednesday 11th to Thursday 12th November 2009. Registration will take place at 10:30 am on Wednesday and the course will end at 4.00 pm on Thursday.
The cost is £150 and accommodation is in single rooms (except where couples book together!)
How Do I Book?

Or you can write to us with your details (Your name, address, telephone number and email address) and a cheque for £150 made payable to Healthy Church UK. If you want to come with your spouse, that is fine, but the cheque will need to be for £300.
Who is Christoph Schalk
Christoph is director of the Partnership and Consultancy Network of the Institute of Natural Church Development International.
He and his wife Annette have two children and live in the South of Germany. Christoph Schalk studied psychology and theology at the University of Würzburg. From 1994-1996 he was responsible for organizing a large research project which laid the foundations for the institute’s ministry.
Today he trains coaches in over 60 countries. He has written several books, including a pastor’s guide and mentor’s guide to the gift-based ministry. Together with Christian A. Schwarz, he co-authored the Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development, which has appeared in 20 different languages. Since 2004 he has been in charge of OQM International, a consultancy for Christian not-for-profit organizations.
