If you are considering commencing a NCD process in your church here are our first two reactions:

GREAT! Not because it will give us the chance of selling you a NCD survey, but because it is great when a church makes a conscious decision to partner with God in working on church quality. We are convinced you will be blessed, but also challenged through the process, and equally convinced that if you faithfully employ the principles found in Natural Church Development, then God will give the increase and your will experience both more and better disciples in your church.

HOLD ON! While the NCD principles and process is fairly simple and straight forward, it is worth not rushing into it, or rather, please do rush into the process, but do it wisely. Don’t rush into handing out questionnaires, so you can get your church’s profile as the first thing. Do rush into preparing for the survey and building momentum for the process in your leadership team and in the church. Experience shows that time invested before the actual survey is carried out gives a very good return later in the process.
