Henrik Andersen has been an Officer in The Salvation Army since 1986, serving in Denmark, Latvia and the UK. He has been a local pastor for 16 years. His present appointment is as Chief Secretary in Denmark.
Henrik coordinated the initial NCD research in Denmark, and is co-founder and first chairman of NCD in Denmark. He established NCD in Latvia in cooperation with the Latvian Evangelical Alliance. A trained NCD coach, Henrik has coached churches in Lativa, UK and Denmark, and led NCD training on local, regional and national levels. Henrik is a member of the International Advisory Board of NCD International. He is married to Lisbeth, and has three children.
TRANSFORMING CHURCHES
More than 50 churches has participated in the Transforming Churches Process during the last 18 months. At the end of the last seminar in the process the participants evaluated the process as highly relevant for their church situation and as a ministry transforming experience.
The process continues in the individual churches as they continue to develop the quality of the church and thereby releasing "all by it self" growth.
