Lynn Chetcuti has served Reading Vineyard Church as Associate Pastor for the past 11 years and invests primarily in seeing leaders, and raising up leaders who raise up leaders. She oversees discipleship and pastoral care for RVC and has developed an Intern Training Programme that has seen significant Kingdom leaders released in ministry.

She is committed to seeing the Body of Christ equipped to capitalize on every gift that Jesus has provided, encouraging each individual to fully engage in their God given ministry, growing in intimacy with Him and making disciples at every turn.
